Morrow II loran replacement with GX55 GPS

Postby Patrick DeStefano » Wed Dec 06, 2017 5:14 pm

Recently acquired a Comanche. It had an inop Morrow II loran. Picked up a GX55 GPS which is a slide in replacement. I also got the antenna for the GPS. My old antenna (loran) has a BNC female and the GPS antenna has a TNC female connection. Can I use the existing cable and adapter or crimp on a TNC connector on the existing cable, or will I need to replace the entire cable.

Thanks
