Manifold pressure hose replacement
Topic 2592 doen't help for http://www.sacskyranch.com website seems obsolete.
PA24 single comanche serial 24-453 year 59.
I'm searching where to find a hose connector manifold pressure (Falcon MP1035-3). Falcon website did'nt answer.
It is just about 5 inches length. See parts 40 to 43 of Parts Catalog joined.
Thanks if you can help.

Re: Manifold pressure hose replacement
I needed one of those too when I redid my panel last year and moved my MP gauge. I couldn't find any data, either. In my aircraft, '61 250, a solid aluminum line was installed from the firewall to the gauge. I ended up removing it, measuring it with calipers and ordering equivalent stock from Aircraft Spruce, fabricating my own, and installing it as an owner produced part , under my A&Ps supervision of course. Hope this helps.

Re: Manifold pressure hose replacement
My instrument panel have mount blocks, so MP gauge must be connected to the solid aluminium tube via a flexible hose. We finally found suitable fitting to the MP gauge port and use the same old rubber hose. Brand new hose is ordered to AircraftSpruce.
Other information: I found and order "Aircraft Hardware Standards Manual" here http://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/b ... ardwst.php
I hope it will help regarding all these complicate metering systems with fractional inches, thread, nipples, sockets, hose fitting and so on ...
Regards
Michel
