FUEL GAUGE

Looking for wiring diagram Pa-30C fuel indicating.Right main and aux tank fuel gauge reads full regardles of fuel quantity.When fuel selector selected to off the gauge indicates off.

Dimitri,

All these are in the service manuals -see the home page for a free copy under the tech tab.

Be sure to check the grounding on your senders and grounding in general. Senders may also need adjustment and there is a procedure for that in the service manual.

With a bad ground, the gauge reads absolutely full no matter how much gas is in the tank . That's where I would start troubleshooting.

Yes, an open circuit if full scale full, and a short goes to empty. Higher the resistance, the fuller the tank...
