Squaky Engine Fuel Primer
On my 1959 Comanche 250 when I prime the engine, the primer squeaks pretty loudly. Anyone else ever get that? It works fine and there are no leaks, just an annoying squeak. After reading the maintenance manual, there is nothing mentioned. Anyone have any solution? Are you allowed to put some type of oil or lubricant on the shaft when you pull it out?

Re: Squaky Engine Fuel Primer
I would use a drop of LPS-1 to help lubricate the shaft. The next step might be a smidgen of "fuel lube" - the same stuff used on the fuel selector.
