Is it ok to fly without 1 of the prop spinners on a pa-30?

Re: prop spinner
I don't recall seeing it in the type certificate, on a Cheokee it is listed as OK. If you need one I have several spares with bulkheads.

Re: prop spinner
A friend who did that removed both until she was able to fly to the location where she could receive a new bulkhead. Better than losing one in flight. she said the engines ran hotter but seemed to suffer no ill effects other than that. She is a mechanic and was flying near Bali at the time.
Note that some bulkheads need to be modified if you have the newer props. Hartzell has a process for this.

Re: prop spinner
Thanks Pat and Clarence for the reply. Clarence I might be interested in one if the one I have is not repairable. How much are you asking for one of your spinner assemblies?
