pressurized mags
just discovered my turbo pa 30,s mag,s are not pressurized. anyone have info on this.

Piper never pressurized the mags and I don't believe that there was ever an STC to pressurize the mags.

Mine are stock Bendix, non pressurized. Tho only been to FL 20, no problem there.
But I've heard rumors that you don't want Slicks up there.

Hi Charles,
Sorry, my memory is not up to much in the way of details anymore, but the subject only came up when I went turbocharged. So assume it may only be problem above FL 20, since the normal aspirated Comanche, (probably excepting the 180) (-:, will go there.
