Isolating
The engine sound good:
The prop's sound like there in sync well the best i can get them: (Do they make a prop sync switch for the twinco?)
Mp is the same:
Everything looks good it's just a constant and slight movement it feel like a slight stopping and then going, I had another pilot go with me on a short trip he thought it might be the prop govenor, they were just overhauled.
Any Suggestions?

Re: Isolating
Off the cuff I would say clean the injectors as it takes very little dirt to cause what you describe when leaned in cruise, especially at
higher MP.

Re: Isolating
If it is truly a miss, then if the props are synched it will jump out of synch at least for a cycle or two. I would bet that you are feeling simple vibration and airframe resonance. Start with new engine mount rubbers, and then have the engine/prop dynamically balanced. Also, play with different rpms and see if the problem follows, or goes away all together.
