Engine motor mounts
I called McCaulley to tell them about the STC after speaking to their service department and Rebecca Williams there were nice to not only replace my motor mounts but also cover the installation.
Great customer service by far more than what we are used to in many industries.

Re: Engine motor mounts
The J3804-41 lord mount is the engine mount supplied in the STC kit, but do to some aircraft excessive shaking on start up and shut down (hitting the cowling) McCauley option was the J3804-42 which the only difference is in the isolator, it is gel filled.
LORD MOUNT The kit P/N J-3804-41 was developed for use in Piper Comanche using the McCauley 3-blade propeller. The kit is slightly softer than the standard kit for less vibration transmission to the cabin. The J-3804-41 kit consists of (2) J-3049-34 and (1) metal spacer Y-6769-1-S. The -42 uses the gel filled spacer is P/N J12333-2 Cessna/McCauley does not carry it in stock.
Hope this helps, thanks.
