My manual shows P/N for Lord engine mounts for the 180hp as J7402-5, Aircraft Spruce and others don’t list that part number. Wondering if there is another part number or a different source.

Try this part number, Piper 475-121. The J-7402-5 is no longer approved for certified aircraft apparently.

I got this from this link. PA24 Lord Mount Info

You should verify this information, but hopefully it is of use to you.

SO here are the end results I found. I sent an email to Lord and they confirmed that the J7402-5 is the recommended mount for the 180hp Comanche, but it no longer has PMA and would need paperwork for field approval. They said I could use J7402-20 without paperwork as it is PMA and only differs in that it is slightly stiffer in the shear component. I also contacted J&J Aircraft Parts and worked with Roxanne Dentier who was very helpful. She in turn contacted Piper and Piper told her the new part number 475-121 was not a stock item and would take 139 days, and that was a maybe. If you have a 180hp Comanche needing mounts you have the option of the -5 with additional paperwork, or the -20 with no paperwork. YMMV.
