PA30 Mill nose baggage

Postby Bryan Burnette » Wed Nov 07, 2012 2:34 pm

Does anyone have the loading information for the nose baggage on a PA30B Turbo Miller. I have measured it and come up with the arm for the front and rear bulkheads and have the max allowable load but I can't find any "official" loading data in the logs.

Thanks,

Bryan Burnett

The placard in mine limits the nose baggage to 130 pounds --- it stipulates that an equal amount up to 130 pounds must be placed in the rear baggage area where there would have been the 5th and 6th seats. I don't have the exact wording here at home but that is the limitation. Mine is not a Turbo... but I don't think that makes a difference on the loading. You should "balance" between the two storage areas.
