Looking for go-no go gauge specs for landing gear bushings

Postby Richard Haupt » Wed May 03, 2017 7:43 pm

I have an opportunity to machine out a set of go no-go gauges for Comanche landing gear bushing measurements. Looking for the specs if someone has them handy. I know they are mentioned in the landing gear overhaul CD, but until I can get to that I thought I'd ask.

Thanks RH

If you start at the ICS home page, hover over the Members button, then click on the Tool Loan Program, it will take you to the Comanche Gear Web Site ICS Tool Loan Program page. There you can click on the Go/No-Go Gauges and you should find all the info plus drawings you will need to make them.

Gauges would be great if the bushings wore concentrically. But they don't. Small bore gauges and a quality micrometer will do a better job. The dimensions are all in SL 782B.
