bungee cord color codes

Does anyone know the bungee cord color code system. The colors indicate when the cord was manufactured. Mine were replaced in Jan 2013. They are white with red and green bands. Just wanted to ckeck how old they really are. Thanks Ed.

It is in AC 43.13, page 9-2. Yours were either made in 2012 or 2007.
