Hi everyone,

I have a 1965 PA30.  My airplane partner and I notice in the summer months particularly when it is hot the control column sticks to the put you have to use force to move it up and down in the air.  It jerky and disconcerting.  We cleaned them will little effect.  It seems in the winter months that it is not an issue.  I apologize as I am new to the forums and appreciate your expertise. I am a novice pilot so not mechanically inclined.  Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Sincerely,

Trevor
