I'm having issues with cabin door aft latch popping open when I level off in cruise flight. (PA-30) It appears to be latched on the ground. The latch pin does have some wear and I have tried shimming the receiver part of the latch with washers but have not had much success. Has anyone else dealt with this and maybe have a suggested fix?
