Question:

My plane has been drained of all fuel (4 tanks, no tips), on jacks, in the hangar for the fuel selectors OH and the annual inspection........which has now turned into a mini-restoration, since Feb 1, 2020.

Hopefully she will be full of fuel and flying again in the next 30-45 days.

Is there anything I could/should do to the bladders either while in storage or prior to filling?

Fill the bladders with fuel. There is no other remedy for helping bladders from drying out.

Especially if your plane is not hangared. The sun, beating on the wing skin, gives heat that is transmitted directly into the top of the bladders, and this will dry them out and age them. Just keep your bladders full.
