Fuel Bladders

I wrote an article in a previous Flyer about pre-buy inspections. In the article I mentioned the need to recondition (overhaul) or replace a fuel bladder. An ICS member took exception to this statement, saying fuel cells can't be reconditioned. I believe this member is referring to coating the bladder with a 3M sealant. I do not recommend this procedure. What I was referring to is what Floats and Fuel Cells of Memphis refers to in the webpage I am attaching here. I hope this clarifies my meaning in the article.
