tip tanks same for single and twin?

hello all, trying to verify tip tanks off a twin will work fine on a 250. any issues wrt wing attach or early vs late model year?

The tanks themselves will work, but the valving ot lack thereof is different single to twin, so the entoire setup won't transfer from one to the other, and neither will the STC. With that said, a replacement tank off of one will work on another. Some tanks have the earlier profiel however, and the pointed nose tanks are only different in the addition of the pointed nose cone and fibreglassed or bondoed in before painting. All the tanks hold 15 gal.

thanks for the reply. I have all the plumbing, valve, etc from another single, but the tanks were damaged in an off airport landing, so looking to get just the tanks from a twin that had a landing gear collapse.
