Tail mount battery box
Hi - I'm trying to move the nose mounted battery box in my PA39 to the tail for CG considerations. Can anyone give me a lead as to where I might go to find a salvage rear mount battery box from an early date PA30? I've tried all the usual salvage yard places. Thanks...Greg (N377HH)

The battery box is not the issue. It is the support structure that this the issue. You should be able to find some wreck that still has the parts in it Plain Part in Pleasant Grove, California used to have a fuselage where the cabin burned but the tail section was fine. They might still have those pieces.
