STC SA1446NM-S small NT revisited

I'm looking for the old Harlan small nose tire STC paperwork. I think I can get a field approval for my 180, if my IA can review the STC contents. I can pull the cover page off the .gov web site only. Anyone who can help me out, my email is hangarhound6@gmail.com if you can scan and email STC to me.
I like the looks of the smaller tire and I don't operate off unimproved fields, and I'd prefer to have my bird configured legally with it on... 🙂
