Overhead Panel STC

Hi all,

I'm trying to find the owner of the STC for the Vegas Viper Overhead panel. I tried contacting Mr. Lesnick but to no avail, anyone know how to track this down? Thanks

Its not an STC. This was a custom one off job. You can pretty much do whatever you want as far as interior trim panels etc. All Comanches are CAR 3 airplanes and CAR 3 didn't have any substantive interior regulations. Burn testing is not even required as per the original certification standards. FAR 43 (D) allows the owner to do interior work as part of preventative maint.
