left side window
anyone know the repair procedure for the little hinged window on twin....the area where it is hinged broke the cutout section of the window...

If it can't be repaired, the window can be replaced from the inside.

There are standard practices and procedures for repairing plexiglass included in AC 43-13. Based on the info you provided I think you are looking at a window replacement. Unfortunately depending on the age of your other windows, the new one may look very out of place being new and will make the others look really bad, which prompts most to just replace all of the windows once the first one is done. BTW, replacing side windows is covered as preventative maint. and can be done by the owner holding at least a private pilot certificate.
