Janitrol heater
New to the Twin and down for annual, can someone tell me how the decay test is performed on the heater?
In aircraft or out, and where in the NW to get it done?

Re: Janitrol heater
Don,
It can be done in the aircraft. Most shops that service twins will have the equipment to do the decay check. It takes less than an hour usually. It checks the combustion air pressure switch and pressurizes the burner can looking for leaks.
