How many hours are too many
How many hours are too many on the Comanche airframe, either the single or TC. In the Beechcraft community I have noted numerous airframes that are 9000 plus, with many ole Travel Airs in the 15,000plus category. Wondering what the thoughts and experiences are with the Comanche. Obviously, the maintenance over the years makes a big difference. I am taking a look at either getting into another Comanche prefer a Turbo TC if I can find one.

Re: How many hours are too many
Probably at least 20,000 hours. There are Twinkies out there that have 10,000 hours of cloud seeding which is to say 10,000 hours of turbulence. The Comanche was designed basically the same structural engineers that built the Aztec and the Navajo. At least one Navajo Chieftain has gone 40,000 hours as a commuter up in Alaska.
