My PA-30 is in for annual, and I have two issues.

1) My gear doors are loose… the hinges need replacing. Any tricks to this? Looks pretty hard to get at the hardware to get them on and off.

2) Where the control arm attaches to the cowl flaps, the holes are severely worn, elongated, from (I suppose) constant wear and vibration. What’s the best fix here?
