Floor frame underneath the pilot seat
In looking at my seat rails I see they are slightly bent at the point where the rear rollers of the front seats normally sit when the seats are occupied. In tracing it down I see the very thin bulkhead directly under that area below the floor boards is somewhat collapsed allowing the floor to flex down and bending the seat travel rails. Has anyone worked up a good fix for this or do I reinvent the wheel now. I've found a good sheet metal man but haven't met with him yet. Sheet metal was not my best subject in A&P school. Did OK, just not my thing.

Cliff
The seat rails on all the Comanches were bent up about 5 degrees about 8" from the rear to match the floor. You need to verify the bulkhead has failed and the floor is flexing.
