This is the recurring 100hr AD calling for inspection of the fuel injector lines. The opening of the AD says "This new AD retains the requirements of AD 2011-26-04, and expands the list of affected engine models." Thus... I think all that has happened is more engines are affected and the AD number has changed but the inspection requirement itself is unchanged.

The inspection is an old one and dictated by Lycoming SI 342F. See attached. This applies to the fuel injected singles as well.
